Access to Amenities
  • How do I gain access to the Clubhouse and Exercise Room?

Our Clubhouse and exercise room have secured entrances to protect our residents. As a result, you will need your key faub.  If you do not have a key faub, or if the one you have does not work, please contact the Hager's Crossing Community Manager at PMP.  Also, note that there is a cost to replace any lost or misplaced key faubs.

Is the personal information that I provide on this site kept private?

Definitely!  Hager's Crossing HOA is committed to keeping your personal information private.  That policy applies to this website, as well as at Board meetings.  Hager's Crossing HOA will not sell, distribute, or share any personal information you provide.  Any personal information that the Board and Management Company possess will be used for the sole purpose of administering the business of the Hager's Crossing HOA.  A Board Member will never share your personal information with another resident.

Questions Regarding HOA Dues
  • How much are the HOA Dues?

For the 2009 fiscal year, the monthly HOA Dues are $40.24 for Single-Family units and $49.10 for Townhouse units.

  • What is the purpose of the HOA Dues?

The Hager's Crossing HOA dues are used to fund operating costs of the HOA as well as Capital Replacements.  The operating costs include the cost of maintaining our common areas and amenities.  Such costs include, and are not limited to, landscaping, cleaning of clubhouse, utilities, pools, and the property management company.  Please note that the dues do not pay for picking up trash in the common areas.  So, please help your community by not littering, putting out your garbage on scheduled garbage pick-up day, and taking the time to pick up litter in your area.  Also, plan to participate in our Annual Spring and Fall Spruce Up events.

Capital Reserves are used to replace major items such as the roof of the clubhouse, the asphalts in the clubhouse and townhouse areas, the tennis courts, the pools, etc.

  • When are HOA Fees due?

Hager's Crossing HOA dues must be paid by the 1st of each month.  Thirty [30] from that date, dues are considered late and are subject to a late fee of $15 or 10% of the total amount of the delinquent assessment or installment, whichever is greater.

Coupon books with your name, address, amd account number, and are mailed by December of each year for the following year.  For example, Coupon Books for 2010 are mailed in December 2009.

You may also make your payments online.

  • What days do we have trash pick-up?

The City of Hagerstown provides trash pick-up twice each week [Tuesdays and Fridays], except for certain holidays when there may be just one pick-up or there may be a deviation from the normal schedule.

    Put-out Garbage on

    Garbage Picked Up On

    Monday after 7 p.m.

    Tuesday before 8 a.m.

    Thursday after 7 p.m.

    Friday before 8 a.m.

Where possible, we encourage each home to use a trash bin and put your unit number on the outside of the bin. At a minimum, please use plastic garbage bags with no leaks.  We create an 'eye-sore' and detract from the beauty of our community when we put out our garbage earlier than the scheduled days and time. In addition, deviation from the guidelines will be a violation of Chapters 117 and 185 of the City of Hagerstown Code Ordinances and violators will be subject to a fine or possible jail time.

Please obtain your copy of the 2010 Trash, Yard Waste & Recyclables Calendar or go to the City of Hagerstown Website
