Pool Season and Hours

The Hager's Crossing Pool Season began on May 23 and ends on September 7, 2009.
The pool hours [subject to weather conditions] are as follows:
- Sundays: Pool Open from Noon - 7:00 p.m.
- Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays: Pool Open from Noon - 8:00 p.m.
- Tuesdays and Thurdays -- Pool is Closed.
Please remember that you must have a valid 2009 pool pass to enter the pool/pool area
Mowing Back Yard of Townhouses

Each townhouse owner is responsible for the mowing of their back-yard. However, the current landscape company, Martz & Sons, has agreed to contract with individual townhouse owners to cut their back yards on the same day that the front and side of the townhouses are being mowed.
Martz & Sons has informed us that the procedure and costs are as follows:
To sign-up, individual Townhouse owners at Hager's Crossing should call Martz & Sons at 301-662-7932 (leave message with name and phone number if they get answering machine) and/or email the company at hhmartz@comcast.net. The firm will then email or mail them an individual contract. Then the homeowner can either sign the contract & fax it the firm's office at 301-695-4657 or mail to : Harold H. Martz & Son, Inc. 8208 Morning Dew Lane, Frederick, MD 21702. The price is $15.00 per mowing for the back yards at Hager's Crossing.
The tentative mowing schedule [subject to change] is as follows for 2009:
- April-3X,
- May-4X,
- June-3X
- July-2X,
- August-2X,
- September-3X,
- October-2X
